Notice of the 6th meeting of the academic Forum of “Smart Earth” 2020 (137th in total) and the 6th meeting of 2020 (19th in total) of the National key RESEARCH and development program “Urban Multi-scale Integrated Perception Technology and System”

The 137th Meeting of Intelligent Earth was held in Tengsun on June 1, 2020. It mainly reported and discussed the task, research content and research plan of the topic “Seamless perception system of Urban Agglomeration surface Elements” in the national key RESEARCH and development program “Urban Multi-scale comprehensive perception Technology and system”.
The smarter planet meeting by the state key laboratory of remote sensing information engineering of surveying and mapping (wuhan university) will the teacher Chen, participating and BuFangLing associate professor, associate professor of YanSongHua telecom institute, China university of geosciences wang ke and Hu Chuli teacher, key laboratory of Fan Yewen associate professor, deputy researcher and top achievers Du Wenying teacher, teacher Yang chao, zhang teacher, as well as the teachers of doctoral students to recognize a total of 40 people.
First of all, Teacher Hu Chuli gave a report entitled “Summary and Planning of Observational Index Modeling and Correlation Collaborative Work”. This paper introduces most of the current research contents: urban multi-scale comprehensive perception index and observation mapping method, urban multi-scale comprehensive perception index management system, dynamic cognitive technology of urban perception dot surface observation ability, and urban multi-observation association collaboration technology. The information field of index observation demand is explained in detail, including the observation space and time layer, the observation resource layer and the observation environment layer. Teacher Bu Fangling proposed that the fire scenario is relatively complex, and more open scenarios such as rainstorm and waterlog and public safety emergency evacuation can be considered.
Chen Nengcheng mentioned that changes in the surface area of traffic space can be sensed by remote sensing.

Then, Teacher Wang Ke gave a report entitled “Progress of seamless Perception System of Urban Agglomeration Surface Elements”. Explains in detail the system positioning that needs to be done. The system is based on the integration and export of project I, and the assessment indicators are presented. The input is sensor network and observation data of seven platforms, and the output is indicators, observation planning scheme, surface factor products, etc. Teacher Hu Chuli mentioned that the whole project team should build a big platform, such as time series and uav data. Chen Nengcheng mentioned that the data format of the third project should be paid attention to and finally be integrated into the whole project.

In the end, Wu Qianqian gave a report entitled “Investigation and Research Thinking of Collaborative Perception Method of Empty Space Video facing Urban Traffic Scene”. From the research background and significance, the application scene of urban traffic video collaborative perception, the research method of spatial video sensor planning, and the research idea of urban traffic video collaborative perception are discussed. How to cooperate with the video sensor resources of space and sky to efficiently acquire the people, vehicles and objects that need to be perceived in the urban traffic scene is a problem that needs to be solved. Brother Zhang Xiang mentioned that the solution of key areas and blind areas should be paid attention to. Mr. Chen nengcheng talked about the tracking and monitoring of the scene from the highway junction to the destination.

The meeting has achieved good results, the participating teachers and students to each group of research work to give affirmation, reached consensus.
